Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using All Set: Routines & Checklists (the "App"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Timur Demir ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"), an individual based in Berlin, Germany. These Terms also serve as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) required by Apple Inc. for apps distributed on the App Store.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or your rights under these Terms;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of the App or its content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.

Subscriptions & Purchases

3.1 Subscription Plans

All Set Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:

Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase and may vary by region. Current pricing is always shown within the App on the subscription paywall screen.

3.2 Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The renewal price will be the same as the initial purchase price, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

3.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. The free trial may only be used once per Apple ID.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not control Apple's refund decisions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance.

3.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

Free Tier & Premium Features

All Set is free to download and use with the following limitations on the free tier:

• Maximum of 2 active routines
• Time-based reminders only (no location-based reminders)
• Basic routine history
• Access to the template library
• Apple Watch app access

An active All Set Premium subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited routines
• Location-based reminders (geofence triggers)
• Real-time collaboration with other users
• Full gamification system (XP, levels, 45+ achievement badges)
• Detailed statistics and completion history
• Advanced home screen and lock screen widgets
• Goals grouping and progress tracking

We reserve the right to modify the features available on the free or premium tiers at any time. Where changes materially reduce premium features, we will provide reasonable notice.

User Content

"User Content" means any content you create, upload, or store within the App, including routines, checklists, goals, notes, photos, voice memos, and location data.

Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership in your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and (b) your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Storage: Your User Content is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We do not host or have access to your personal content on our own servers.

Deletion: You may delete your User Content at any time within the App. Deleting the App or your iCloud data removes your content from the App's data stores.

Collaboration Features

All Set Premium allows you to share routines with other users in real time using Apple's CloudKit sharing infrastructure.

• You are responsible for the content of routines you share.
• Only users you explicitly invite via a share link can access shared routines.
• You may remove collaborators or revoke access at any time.
• Collaborators can view and interact with the shared routine's checklist items and completion status.
• Do not share routines containing sensitive personal information with people you do not trust.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its servers, or any connected systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its infrastructure;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
• Circumvent or disable any technical protection measures in the App;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and sound clips — are owned by or licensed to Timur Demir and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"All Set", the All Set logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Timur Demir. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Feedback or suggestions you provide about the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in the App will be corrected;
• The App will be available at any particular time or location.

The App is designed to assist with personal routine and habit tracking. It is not a medical device, health app, or substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on the App for any purpose where accuracy is critical to safety or health.

Note for EU consumers: Statutory rights under EU consumer law, including rights relating to conformity of digital services, are not affected by this disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIMUR DEMIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Note for EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timur Demir from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Apple-Specific Terms (EULA)

These Terms are an agreement between you and Timur Demir, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

The following additional terms apply to your use of the App obtained from the Apple App Store:

• Scope of licence: The licence granted to you is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and support: We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, to the extent specified in these Terms. Apple has no obligation to furnish any such maintenance and support services.
• Warranty: We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
• Product claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims you or a third party have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property: In the event of a third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Third-party beneficiary: Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App.

Your continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
