How does URL Inspector handle my data?
All URL parsing, encoding, decoding, and analysis happens entirely on your device. We never send your URLs or their contents to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What are deep links and universal links?
Deep links use custom URL schemes (e.g., myapp://) to open a specific app directly. Universal links use standard HTTPS URLs that an app has claimed — iOS checks if an app is installed and opens it, otherwise falls back to Safari. URL Inspector can test both types.
Does URL Inspector work offline?
Yes — URL inspection, encoding/decoding, comparison, and link testing all work fully offline. The only feature that requires a network connection is the Redirect Checker, since it needs to make actual HTTP requests to trace redirect chains.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find URL Inspector, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I export my inspection results?
Yes — Pro subscribers can export URL breakdowns, comparison results, and redirect chains as JSON, CSV, or plain text. You can also copy individual parameters, keys, or the full reconstructed URL directly from any screen.
